Maintenance & repair

We respond to maintenance and repair requests, prepare bids for major repairs, conduct follow-ups and inspections, and schedule and process warranty work.

Your CAMI team

A Common Area Maintenance Inspection team inspects your common areas at set intervals and makes authorized repairs while in the community. They're also experts in deed-restriction violation inspections.

Landscaping

Our landscaping team keeps greenways neat and lively, with landscape and irrigation maintenance for communities of any size across Greater Houston.

Built around your board, your manager and your rules.

For boards & community managersOur HOA project manager works with the board and community manager to review requirements and carry out capital expenditure projects and repairs.

For individual ownersRepairs that keep a home in line with community guidelines or ready to buy or sell: painting, cleaning, pressure washing, landscaping, and full renovations.

Your HOA's regulationsEvery association is different. We report to the HOA and perform repairs, maintenance and renovations according to its regulations.

One contact for your community

HOAs and community managers work directly with our maintenance team. Requests are scheduled during business hours, Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm.

Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances or any other need: you'll get the contact for your own construction team manager.
